Hall Rental Information
The Duarte Elks Lodge is available for Wedding Receptions, Anniversary Parties, Baby Showers, Company Parties and other events. The lodge room can be configured to your specifications, to include head tables, musicians, and a dance floor.

New, modern facility available for hosting any event. Full Bar, large parking lot, catering available.
HALL RENTAL FEE: $600.00 per Saturday event
$60.00 per hour for other days of the
week. Minimum of 4 hours on Sundays.
Summer energy surcharge: $25/4hr block
(June - September). SalesTax is collected.
CLEANING FEE: Check with Rental Manager for current fee
KITCHEN FEE: Check with Rental Manager for current fee
DEPOSIT: $200.00 non-refundable to reserve the event date.
HOURS of USAGE: Eight (8) hours maximum unless other
arrangements have been made.
Last call for drinks is 10:45 pm.
Music must cease playing at 11:00 pm.
Parking lot must be empty by midnight.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $300 securtiy/damage deposit is required
and will be refunded if the Hall and parking
lot are left clean, and there is no damage
to the hall, equipment, or premises. We
will deduct the cost of cleaning the kitchen
and bathroom and/or repairs needed and
refund the difference, if any.
BALANCE DUE: Balance of rental fee is due 30 days prior
to the event. It may be paid by cash,
check, credit card or money order.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation of the hall must be made 90
days prior to the event in order to receive
of monies paid - minus the $200 reservation fee.
RENTAL INCLUDES: Use of tables and chairs.
ITEMS NOT INCLUDED: Salt & Pepper shakers; pots & pans,
linens, dishes, champagne/wine glasses,
kitchen. You may furnish your own, or WE
CAN RENT THEM TO YOU.
DECORATING: 1 hour free for every 4 hours of rental.
The hall will be available for decorating and
setting up tables/chairs at 8:00 am the day
of the event, or the night before the event,
if the hall is available. Any decorations
that you wish to save must be taken with
you when you leave your event. If
cleanup is not complete, the Elks
reserve the right to do cleanup and the
cost will be deducted from the deposit.
GUARD SERVICE: One security guard is required for each 75
guests or portion thereof, at the
prevailing rate per hour. Guards will
be hired by the Duarte Lodge.
CATERING: You may use your own caterer, however,
they will not be able to use our equipment.
We can provide catering services, either
by our own cooks or by contracting
outside caterers. If we cater, we provide
the table-ware and dinner service.
Kitchen usage: Check with Rental Manager for current fee
Backroom catering set-up: Check with Rental Manager for current fee.
BARTENDER: A bartender will be provided for $15/hr for service from our in-house bar.
